What is HydroWave?

Cutting Edge. Real relief.

HydroWave is a cutting-edge, non-invasive, non-surgical shockwave therapy that accelerates healing in injured tissue by triggering your body's natural repair process at the cellular level. Each session takes just 15-20 minutes and delivers short, rapid bursts of high-intensity mechanical energy into soft tissue that is injured, scarred, inflamed, or causing pain.

Physical

Deep mechanical relief

Pressure waves penetrate deep into tissue, boost blood flow, break down scar tissue, reduce swelling, and restore mobility in tight, restricted areas.

Chemical

Regeneration at the source

Triggers collagen production, releases growth factors, and lowers inflammatory markers so tissue rebuilds itself instead of just masking the pain.

Biological

Faster, lasting healing

Activates fibroblasts and osteoblasts, reduces fibrosis, and releases endorphins for immediate pain relief plus long-term improvements in function.

Not all shockwave is the same

HydroWave isn't radial shockwave.

If you've tried shockwave years ago and found it painful or underwhelming, you likely had radial shockwave — a shallow, low-energy pressure wave delivered by a small wand that can be painful over bone and often needs many sessions with limited results. HydroWave is radically different: a true, focused magnetohydraulic acoustic shockwave that penetrates deeper and wider, works at both low and high intensity, and produces changes you can often feel between pre- and post-treatment.

The Science

How HydroWave Works

Advanced Shockwave therapy for soft tissue.

Diagram showing how HydroWave shockwave therapy penetrates skin and soft tissue to trigger healing
  1. 1

    Targeted acoustic waves

A handheld applicator directs precise shockwaves into the treatment area.

  2. 2

    Pulses reach irritated soft tissue

Waves travel through skin and fat to reach muscle, tendon, and fascia.

  3. 3

    Controlled inflammatory response

A brief, controlled healing response is triggered right where you need it.

  4. 4

    Increased circulation

Blood flow surges to the area, delivering oxygen and nutrients.

  5. 5

    Supports tissue repair

Cells rebuild stronger, healthier tissue over the following days.

  6. 6

Breaks down scar & calcified tissue

Old scar tissue and calcification are gently loosened and cleared.
